You really gotta be careful with the lenses, I would suggest getting yourself some microfiber cloth, and putting a qtip in the cloth, exhale slowly over the lens then smoothly wipe it down, works perfectly nearly every time. I would suggest you use Energizer advanced lithium, they do cost a...

I believe so. Put the laser fully back together, and take off the front golden lens cover, there will be a lens and 2 holes right under that, that is what you need to adjust. -D

I have an Alpha 105 thats in the PGL-III-A host, LOVE it! I have to say its not as nice as the PGL-III-C but its my second favorite! -Dustin

uh, all you needed to do was to take the gold aperture cap off. In there you will see a lens with two holes on the aluminum plate its mounted on, bend a paper clip and spin that ring. Could need to go either way, youll just have to spin it until you get the desired dot. -D

Okay, can you take the aperture cap off and get me a pic looking into the lens? If the lens is the problem you can use a spanner wrench to adjust it, or have someone adjust it for you. I've had to do this on a few lasers, most recent being a NOVA lasers ALPHA 105. -Dustin

Lol those lights are immensely powerful, and are as or more dangerous than a lot of lasers. I'd love to own one, but they are rare. There are newer ones, and if you want power like that short arc is the only game in town. -Dustin

Hey, I am thinking of maybe selling my Kryton to help me fund my 589nm laser purchase, but at the moment its a "feeler" to see what I'd get for it.(there is a few scratches, nothing too bad) Here are some pics! And here is the "labby" heatsink, I believe I paid $35 for this a long time...
