    New project with NUBM37 125W

Today came the 600W drivers and this fan, which will be central between two weaker ones. These days when I have time I will set up the drivers. I tested this fan and it is super powerful!

    125W Laser Array Driver Help

The driver has two small adjustment screws. One is for Voltage and other is for Amperage. What do I do on first setup? In the case of the NUBM37 you will need two drivers that run at around 48V and 3 or 4A current depending on your preference. I'll keep mine at 3.7A. To do this, connect the...

    125W Laser Array Driver Help

In the specifications of the driver it says about input voltage. I use 20V and 24V, and 12V is no problem. As long as the battery pack is powerful enough. For the NUBM37 I will use 24V from 18 18650 batteries. Or say 3 rows of batteries, with each row having 6 batteries connected in series...

    125W Laser Array Driver Help

I have been using this driver for quite some time and everything is ok. It will work fine for all arrays without damaging them. I have had three lasers done with it and all work great.

    New project with NUBM37 125W

Well, Chinese work 😄 A while ago I even tried again with the NUBM37 array, but I only connected the top two lines. I set 48V and 3.7A but the driver failed again. It only reached 2.8A and was very slow to increase. Anyway, with this 900W driver anyway, I won't be able to fit everything in the...

    125W Laser Array Driver Help

See my thread. I will use two of these 600W drivers. I was going to use one of the 900W ones but mine are not working well. Two of these 600W units will handle the array perfectly. You will power every two rows of 12 diodes with one driver. Now you will adjust them with a multimeter. Each...

    New project with NUBM37 125W

@RedCowboy I charged the battery almost to full. The results are the same. It cannot pick up more than 2A. With the car battery, it increased to 2.2A. The problem is with my batch of drivers.

    New project with NUBM37 125W

I can't tell by how much, but I don't feel a drop in laser power with more work. After the battery goes down, its power suddenly drops. It has Bluetooth which shows many things on the app like current, amperage consumption, charge cycles, battery level, discharge setting and more

    New project with NUBM37 125W

Let's say it wasn't charged, but why couldn't it handle the NUBM35, like, it also didn't handle the drill battery. It is strong enough to power the NUBM35. Strangely, the result was the same with both batteries, and the drill had 100% charge.

Tomorrow I will charge the 24V battery to 100% and test again what the result will be

    New project with NUBM37 125W

If you don't have a problem, mine are probably a bad batch. Both numbers work equally poorly. You reach the set values very quickly. It happens very slowly for me. Both my drivers have the same results. If they can't handle NUBM35, they're clearly a bad batch.

    New project with NUBM37 125W

Even a 12V/100A car battery couldn't handle it. Apparently it is impossible for this driver to work well with low input voltage. If I put 50V into it it will probably handle it but the goal is to handle small voltage like 12,16,20 and 24V.

    New project with NUBM37 125W

The problem is in the driver at 100%. He couldn't handle NUBM35 before, what's left for NUBM37. On the NUBM35 it couldn't get more than 3.6A at 4A set with the same battery pack and the 20V/50A drill battery (charged to 100%) Battery terminals are not cold. It works perfectly. The driver...

    Blue laser 74W NUBM35 Portabl?

I don't have a schematic of the laser. In fact, the laser box was redesigned several times. In short, that's what she has. 1 Aluminum heatsink with two fans, packs of 18pcs 24V batteries, thermal sensor to see temperature, volt meter, sect switch to activate and dea switch to start the fans...
