I found an eBay auction for a 445 nm with a good amount of data. 2W 445nm M140 Blue Laser Diode | eBay Has a mW/mA graph, suggested current, and a pinout diagram. EDIT: Now that I look more closely, it seems that this is being sold by DTR, so I suppose all credit for this info should go to him.

As incredible and appreciated as that is, I'm looking for less powerful and less expensive. Lasers aren't my hobby... yet :p
