Last order I got in from O-like was here in 13 calender days. The order before that was here in about 30. It's all luck.

A higher power 405 won't really charge it up any more. The initial glow while the beam is on it will be brighter, simply because there's more light to reflect, but it probably wouldn't do much to make it glow brighter beyond de-focusing it and hitting MORE of the putty at once.

If I may, both times I've ordered from o-like, I've ended up with simple, but reliable chargers. Never had a problem with them. Also, that laser uses the 18650 battery, which is very popular, and would be easy to find a second for relatively cheap.

I did say it was extremely optimistic. :D

I had their last style 400mw 405, the "cute" or whatever. It was my first real laser too. Glad to hear O-Like is still putting out good stuff! I used mine to light a LOT of fireworks. Just throwing that idea out there.

When I tried to purchase my first real laser, I looked around, and the choices ended up being WL or O-like. I sent both inquires, and O-Like got back to me first. Long story short: I had my brand-new O-Like 400mW 405 before Wicked Lasers even gave me an email back.
