A little question about 589 and 473nm DPSS. I heard they are less stable than 532nm and have a more volatile crystal . So... how durable are they? Has anyone broke down before within the service life expectation?

If you want to burn stuff . Just get an IR laser if thats ALL you want. Cos IR lasers comes a LOT cheaper , cooler due to higher efficiency and more stable than most lasers.
