Nopers. I make them in pen hosts. If low power is what he desires there is no need for excess heat sinking. Takes 2 AAA's. Whatever mA setting you want. Sold plenty of them here and on ebay. PM if you're interested. The host will be slightly different, but side button chrome none the less...

I could build you one if you want. all the components would be new but the host is from an old build of mine so its scratched a little. It'd be a chromed pen host with side button.
