FS: Full Colour Driver Extension for the White Fusion kit

Ok. I am in for 1 Full Color Driver Extension. I would like Red @ 391mA, Green @ 500-700mA, and Violet @ 391mA. Oh, and I would also like the 3pc insulation pads + bushings. As well as buttons. PM me for payment proceedings?

FS: White Fusion Laser Mixing Kit

The funds are in. I will take one. $135 + shipping. Also, are you using a custom module for the SmOC diodes or an adapter for a aixiz?

    Dummy Load for 12x

Hey all, Quick question. Being that a 12x blu-ray diode draws more voltage than a PHR-803T, is one able to use the same dummy load to estimate current? In other words, should the dummy load for a 12x have more 1N4001 diodes?

FS: Full Colour Driver Extension for the White Fusion kit

Awesome. Are you still looking for just one more purchase to start the next batch?

multiple color laser pointers for multiple presenters

Super great questions my friend. The blue-violet lasers you're referring to are also known as "blu-ray" lasers. Blu-ray lasers have wavelengths that reside extremely close to the edge of our visual spectrum, in that they, as you mentioned before, are 405nm lasers. The UV spectrum which the...

multiple color laser pointers for multiple presenters

Hello. Sorry but your goal of obtaining these lasers for $100 or less is no where near possible. Blue 473nm lasers start between $300-400, new, for even low power 2-5mW pointers. In terms of brightness, green is always going to appear brighter than any other conventional color laser of the...

Has anyone published instructions on this?

FS: White Fusion Laser Mixing Kit

Using a Meredeth glass lens for the red laser, would the famous "Meredeth Line" that it causes result in less than optimal fused colors? In other words... what is the recommended lens for the red module? Also, in the Chroma graphs, the mW outputs, are they representing the mW output past all...

FS: Full Colour Driver Extension for the White Fusion kit

I am very interested in purchasing a White FUSION and this driver. My only concern is that I will be building with a 12x blu-ray and a 300mW+ red module. Meaning I'll need somewhere around 100mW of green to compete with the other two colors but green modules over 100mW take somewhere between...

8x LG BH08LS20 DEAD. Was run only at 360mA

    I was using a jayrob 405-g-1 lens.

8x LG BH08LS20 DEAD. Was run only at 360mA

It was a flexdrive build. v4 infact. I dont think it had as much to do with the drive current as it did with the reflection back into the pointer there though. Hallucynogenyc said he bounced his PHR beam off some beer and noted that the reflection had considerable power to it.

8x LG BH08LS20 DEAD. Was run only at 360mA

haha. light beer isnt allowed on the premises. The only competing bank of knowledge against that of my laser knowledge would be my knowledge of how to spend money that I dont have on cases of beer from around the country. I bestow upon you... the collection.... edit: and the beer that destroyed...

8x LG BH08LS20 DEAD. Was run only at 360mA

well the beam was bouncing off the liquid. i think it is time for a MS paint diagram of what was going on.

8x LG BH08LS20 DEAD. Was run only at 360mA

yep. You're right. the most light is reflected back to the source when i = 0. 100% of the light is only reflected straight back to the source when it is "normal" to the reflecting surface (under theoretical perfect reflection). Where i = i'. In essence the incident and the reflective ray are...

8x LG BH08LS20 DEAD. Was run only at 360mA

think there is a slight confusion. the reflection wasnt off of the glass. it was off of the liquid surface of the beer. The beer was perfectly stable on a table top with the pointer being directed downwards into the beer. It was just sitting on top of it without movement. edit: sorry i didnt...

Build my 8x and get an 8x !!!!

what do you mean a glow in the dark o-ring? been looking to get my hands on an 8x. edit: sounds like a fair trade. You can check out my pics in my member album for reference to my builds and their quality. also pm sent. I have harvested and built successfully with this drive before...

8x LG BH08LS20 DEAD. Was run only at 360mA

So my $200 LG 8x diode LED'd tonight. Sad way to start off my weekend. It hadnt been run for more than a minute without getting an equal cool down time and it was in a kryton barrel so pretty well heatsinked. I think it may have something to do with the beam being directed back into the...
