May have found a alternate unit for 405nm in my rainbow..

people like DTR have made DIY as easy as two seconds assembly time. you can suck at soldering AND still build. I will do custom builds you nice folks just have to ask. Back on subject it takes maybe 30 minutes and no prior experience. its that easy.

sure but it just is annoying how much money will be wasted on these. it drives me nuts. its like if someone strapped you down and started throwing dogs in a blender. How wasteful! i know they are nothing alike but the point is there. you are literally thowing money away. or burning it. or flushing.

so telling people to be safe and wear their safety glasses is what will make them get at us? and i suppose driving properly will ban cars? using power equipment safely will ban power equipment? the logic in your post is driving me nuts right now. please explain why that pesky finger is wagging...

Cni is in my opinion great for dpss an such but their handhelds go for a pretty penny. Unless your getting like a 589 or something, just go with LG. Still your decision. Remember Cni doesn't accept paypal (from what I'm aware) so it would be a pain. Also I'm buying a laser from them here soon...

    New commers...

With the recent surge of newcomers and to clear the way for the holidays I would like to once again revive this thread along with emphasis on safety. Close calls are no joke and a direct hit is just horrible. Please all noobs: research using the ***y search bar (SSB) and wear those safety...

    Whats your groove?

Not to insult my intelligence but how do you hydro dip a cylinder? The only home hydrodipping I've done was with a hydro dip kit. It worked nice but how would you get a cylinder?

    Reliable laser seller or no?

Being the guy who personally contacted cni for prices just weeks ago, I can assure you that the 561 is somewhere around $800. Not so welcoming unless your a crazed hit man. Being a reseller they up price it in order to make money so expect 1000s. These aren't cheap...

What battery does my laser need?

I hate to be that guy but I use ultra fires and I've never had a single problem

    Differences in gas lasers?

The most obvious is different lasing medium but that was already covered. If I had a large enough garage seperate from my house I would love to get a HeCd but I'm too careful with dangerous material.
