    you should use a copper heatsink and set the current to 3amps. it would dissapate enough heat. also thats a, one massive host. im pretty sure you can easily fit a 40mm DC brushless fan in there to keep the laser diode and drivers cool. just add some small exhaust slits on the host to get rid of...

    would i be able to put a lr123a? instead of a cr123a battery? or anyother types of batterys?. im not sure which one to buy because i dont know what the minimum mah rating needed for good battery life. on this 1W pointer. please help :) its my first build. thanks
