Well, on the kipkay, he just connected the diode directly to the batteries which is NOT RECOMMENDED because it will fry your diode and kill it within minnutes. Buy your self a driver if you want your laser to last long. LPC815 from xlasers is 10.50 i think Rkcstr driver set at 420 is about...
