I picked up the same laser off eBay few months back - SDLaser303 exactly the same host and markings. Lights matches when focused quite easily not sure on the IR output though, I would say quite a bit. I always use my laser goggles, So maybe not so bad?

I find that hard to believe, it takes 3 days to process the order.
