Review of Wicked Lasers Spyder S3 Krypton

Well it's good that they have agreed to replace it because of the low output. But it's still a shame, and reinforces what many others experiences are with WL. I mean even if you HAD bought the 500mW version, I would bet a dollar to a doughnut that the output would only be around 200-300mW, you...

It is Here.!!!!! 300mW "635nm" Mitsubishi.....

^^ Yea, it almost seems like these are even TOUGHER than the 445s. These little diodes are only rated at 300mW, and isn't dead yet! I bet the 500mW version would hit 2 watts!!

It is Here.!!!!! 300mW "635nm" Mitsubishi.....

Jordan, you are truly THE MAN!! So I'm guessing you still haven't got it to kill over yet? Wow, just wow. I am so blown away by this! I really still don't have the funds, ( still looking for a proper job ). But I may have to break down and get one of these from you!:undecided:
  14. LORDJET

    i washed my laser!!!!

Wow, you are a lucky man indeed! I guess static cling wasn't too much of an issue, or else it would have killed your diode. ( Must have used a good bounce sheet! )

    WL krypton 500mW = ???mW

There is allot of experience talking here, please take it! I do however own an arctic myself, and yes the host is pretty cool I'll admit. But after being jerked around for 6 months waiting on delivery, and getting an under powered laser. It's just not worth the money, or the gamble. :tired:

    Jayrob's 445nm Flexmod P3 Maglite Monster Kit (21 Pics)

Great review, great pics! That next to the last photo looks like the beam is creating a rip in space time itself! And a big thanks to Jayrob for offering this kit!

I pointed out a Satellite, it signaled back!

^^ This is probably the most likely cause, or possibly the ISS. As AJ said you can google satellite tracking to find out. Now if said object suddenly and rapidly made a zig zag, or right or left angle turn, then it was something else! :can:

I pointed out a Satellite, it signaled back!
