I imagine the + means better quality so I suggest you get them. Looks like there are two different 18650's to choose from and one 16340. It's really personal preference. I like having a single cell so I'd get the 18650 instead of the two 16340's.

I think the Power Rock will get you the best bang for the buck in this group. The Wand looks interesting due to having a larger beam diameter at the aperture. Maybe it works a little like a beam expander?
