I ordered on the 27th of august. Frank told me on live chat that they should have more in stock in about 10 days, then confirmed it again in a confirmation email that it should take 10 days after the day I ordered. It sounds to me like I'm in the same batch as those who ordered 10 days before me.

It cost me $19 something to ship it by air mail, not terrible, but that's a near $20 that could have gone towards gas or something.

I'm not sure if anyone on the forum is able to machine a custom focusing lens (or even a fixed focus lens) for the Spartan. Frank from DL told me there may be a new beam expander for the Spartan in a few months, maybe I will just wait until then, but I was hoping there was some other alternative...

actually... no, that can't be right, because I have a 215mW blu ray running at 195mA (with the 405-g-1 lens). 550mA at 300mW sounds more like a red laser with a cheap lens.

I recently got a Dodge Neon 2005 SXT and wanted to put some 8000k HID's in it. If I were to buy them online what are some good brand names, as well as names I want to stay away from? What's some of the best websites out there?

lucky.. I wish the wires on mine were that long. Mine looked like scrap wires that were too short to use but they ended up using them anyway. The red one had barely any room for that headpiece to come out, and the black one was half the length, way down in the barrel.
