I didn't do it on purpose! Its so hard no to put too much solder. I need to buy a smaller syringe tip.

turns out half my boards didnt work because those caps were bridged. The get hot really quickly then the current drops really fast.

Anybody want to buy two of these with m140s pressed and leads attached? The threads are messed up though. :/

When I get some more Ben boost boards ill send you a couple 950mA ones.

Machined the heatsink on a manual lathe. Then wrote a quick program on the computer for the design. Then machined it on a 2 axis CNC knee mill. Turned out amazing. Pictures don't do it justice. Every one of the grooves has a chamfer around the edge too :)

I use the arduino shield an I love it! I had a PID, but couldn't figure how to work the darn thing! I just bought some random solder paste from digikey when I put in an order. It works ok, but I wish it had a smaller needle. Unfortunately we haven't had any stencils made yet.

Foulmist... I have no clue what you just said. I don't know anything about this. I tested it on a test load though and got a constant output, and now put it into a build and shes working.
