I'm not sure if it has already been stated, but how does one go about using the lens that comes with this diode? Have we come to a consensus that a G lens does NOT work? I read somewhere the lens doesn't sit close enough to the diode?

Ugh oh. Well, I think I just found a problem... According to those drawings the internal diameter of the hole for the aixiz is 11.99mm. I was under the assumption these should actually be 15/32 diameter. I just measured a bunch of my heatsinks, and they all look to have a smaller internal diameter.

Where did you get those blue prints made?

To combine 2 beams of the same wavelength you need something called a polarized beam splitter (PBS), its name can be deceiving though, because even though it is a splitter, it can also do the opposite, and combine 2 beams, but no more. You can not use 3 PBS cubes to combine 4 beams, it just...
