    600mw 520nm Sanwu Pocket.

I can get about 10 secomds before it gets too hot. That's ok though. Heat transfer to the host is very good. It is a super fun little laser, I don't ever do any burning so a shot duty cycle isn't an issue. Super fun to use for quick beam time.

    600mw 520nm Sanwu Pocket.

Trinh was a champion. He managed to machine two revisions in 1 day and get it shipped to me within 2 days of contact.

    600mw 520nm Sanwu Pocket.

Inside isnt super pretty. It was tough fitting the driver in there. What did you want to see specifically?

    600mw 520nm Sanwu Pocket.

Hey everyone, I have finished my 520nm Sanwu Pocket build! There were some pretty big challenges that were overcome during the build. Firstly, due to the super small size of the pocket series host, I needed the most efficient high power 520nm diode I could find, from all of the diodes I could...

What type of artifact is this?

The spot was focused. I think it is a slight misalignment of the lens due to the unique design of the sanwu pocket series. I will try and stiffen everything up with some Teflon tape. Edit: you were right. It was just misaligned due to loose threads.

What type of artifact is this?

This is just what it looks like.

What type of artifact is this?

Sadly this isn't an option for me.

What type of artifact is this?

Sadly I would need it cut down. I will try and find some short housings on ebay but I havn't had any luck so far.

What type of artifact is this?

I just tried it to be sure and I had it the correct way originally.

What type of artifact is this?

I cut down the side that the inner lens holder threads in. With this lens I think that is outward facing side, the side that the beam leaves from. I don't even see where the light could be hitting any threads...

What type of artifact is this?

I seated it multiple times while trying to eliminate the artifacts. It never went away. There may be something that I missed though. Edit, just did it again, no change.

What type of artifact is this?

I took out the lens, shortened the barrel, and then re installed the lens. You can't see the circles if you are just pointing but if you turn the laser on and walk up to the dot on a distant object it looks like the photos. You can't see the circles if you are pointing at something close either.

    Added them to the OP.

What type of artifact is this?

Good morning, I had to modify the housing on a DTR G8 lens and I am worried that I have damaged it. The diode used is a 12X 405nm (can't remember specifically what one). Does anyone know what would cause this kind of artifact? The picture is of the dot at about 10m.

    WTB, custom machined module

This module is very thin. It will need support from both sides. I don't think I need the sleeve since the module is the sleeve. I will combine my posts but I am not updating my profile. Mind your own business. You aren't adding anything to this thread. Your nosnesne posts are cluttering the...

    WTB, custom machined module

I didn't even give a price, Trinh quoted me a price and I doubled it. I offered to pay for a rush order in the op. What is wrong with any of that? I also dont need to finish my profile. What has my personal information got to do with this forum?

    WTB, custom machined module

I think it has a part that fits down the front half of the module and one for the back half.

    WTB, custom machined module

Is this for me? I think it has a part that fits down the front half of the module and one for the back half.

    WTB, custom machined module

Yes it is brass, not is good as copper but that's ok. It should move the heat into the host quite well. Thanks for your time too Lifetime. It's amazing to have so many talented people to request strange stuff like this from.

    WTB, custom machined module

I couldn't find anyone who would make one as small as the pocket. This just seems like the best bet. I'm going to put some thermal compound on the threads to make sure good contact is made.
