I fixed the issue the module did not let me screw it all the way so i pressed a new module and new diode works perfect i have a lot of G2 lenses 40 total the are 10mm in length + i have 20 from DTR and other G2 hehe none worked anyway it’s fixed 👽

You are correct I checked XXX-fire batteries reading is 1.4A I tested 4 Efest batteries and some AW the reading is 1.6A 5.6V,5.5V i used the Efest and set the driver to 1.4A and i switched the battery using the XXX-fire and the reading was 1.28A 5.5V the drivers max is 1.8A the diode i used...

I did the voltage is 5.67V i tested both batteries strange

So i build this 462nm laser and it worked fine i set the driver to 1.4A the driver is a boost driver it worked fine today i decided to use a Efest battery and the diode dimmed immediately i check the amp and it was around 1.5A i also tested another M140 diode and it works perfect are this boost...

This is a 425nm build the color is very nice Violet & Blue since i have 4 of this diodes i may build another.

I found the problem is not the G2 Lens is actually the Nubm-47 i try other G2 and same problem anyway i just use a G8

I can not use a G2 i try 4 X different G2 lenses on this laser and the beam is huge same when i use DTR G2

The link i posted the G2 are very bad it's like a flashlight it burns only at maybe 3 & 4 inch the dot is like a needle

I have many G2 lens from DTR, I also ordered some from china the arrived today and the top hole is much smaller compare to DTR are this any good are the same as DTR’s G2 i assembled only one...
