Hi y'all, so I've been trying to set my driver (Blitzlinear) to 790 mA for a BDR-209 build, but something doesn't add up with my test load. After I attached leads and connected it to a pair of 16340 batteries, I get my 790 mA using the usual 6 diodes in series (dropout should be ~6.8 V at that...

Okay, I tested both drivers with two and three diodes, and I was not able find any detectable difference. The output was fine at low setting, but would drop again on higher settings. Neither are dead, but they do not go to full current. One of them never did (although maybe it just failed too...

I completely agree. If you have the google chrome browser app, you can select the box "request desktop site" and it will work the same way as before.
