How do you take it apart?

I am not going to take it apart myself, i would rather have someone do it for me.

The ones I currently have (the one i got from Glenn) are Laserwave brand. I sent them a message last week but they havent responded.

They take 2x CR123 batteries that are rated for 3V. My old batteries still have ~ 2.7V in them each and this problem started randomly (i think it may have dropped onto the carpet floor?) I bought a new set of batteries which are exactly the same as I bought before but the exact same thing...
