O-Like... Well Im confused and pissed and really confused help me!!

Well, maybe is my poor understanding of the English, but not quite understand your answer, sorry. The 2 pair of goggles in question have the same OD, but the goggles that you advise here, have a worse VLT, only 20%. If you advise these because protec from the 808nm, well, unless the OP wants...

A question of curiosity. If you are not concerned about the IR from the green lasers, why you recommend a pair of goggles with worth $10 more, and have a worse VLT, only 20%? In this case these others protect from 190nm to 540nm, have a very good VLT and are cheaper.

It is possible that someone will recommend something else, but personally I think these are a good compromise for the quality-price. They protect from violet to the green lasers, and part of the IR spectrum (good for DPSS green lasers unfiltered) visibility is not excellent, but not very bad...

Yes, but if finally don't work, you cannot do otherwise. Of course, you NEED appropriate goggles for your laser, Wow, never, never use sunglasses to play with your laser.

Well, in this case it seems to me that the best you can do is contact O-Like :(

Just in case check your battery voltage, aprox between 3,7 and 4,2 volt. Or, You do not have another battery to test the laser? Sometimes it may happen that the voltage looks correct, but the battery can be dead and not delivery enough current and voltage when is in use. If after that does...

1 month or so ago I asked about, just if your laser has reverse polarity protection, and she said yes. Too bad I not kept the mail. Anyway I have introduced the battery upside down on purpose several times and have never broken any laser for doing that.

So I advise you to call Susi and tell her she's is a liar then. Edit: @Viper999 A picture is worth a thousand words. You do this, but pressing with the fingers, of course.

According to what Susi has been told me, his laser have reverse polarity protection. If not, then there would be a lot of laser damaged.

What's the most sensitive RGB colour?

Re: What's the brighest RGB colour? It seems to me that this converter is not entirely accurate, I can be wrong, but do not think so.

What's the most sensitive RGB colour?

Re: What's the brighest RGB colour? And? Anyway if you mean the heightened sensitivity for the human eye in general, many will tell you is the 555nm (540 THz) ie. R=179, G=255, B=0.

15 W green Laser to create atificial star!

As I said before, in the old system Called PARSEC, that still works, were various green lasers Verdi V10 was used to generate the 589nm, but it is a fairly complicated system and with much maintenance, so he want to replace by the following "more simple"

15 W green Laser to create atificial star!

Re: Laser Guide Star at VLT to shine brighter light on stars I think someone has misunderstood, the color for the new laser is always 589nm, and not green. To excite the sodium atoms in the upper layers of the atmosphere is used precisely this wavelength, ie 589nm, and not green. The...

15 W green Laser to create atificial star!

Re: Laser Guide Star at VLT to shine brighter light on stars If you are interested in these lasers, for example here and here you have more information about this  Edit: This was true for the old system called PARSEC, which uses Verdi V10 lasers (4 in the amplifier if I remember...

    Liquid Cooled/Immersed diode module

Good essay, to be the first and with little material  Without changing much your design, I would suggest one possible change in the main oil container. Separated vertically into 2 the main oil container and the 2 pipes (with an acrylic plate for example), but leaving a gap at the...

Off, and on, 635nm laser diode with photodiode under the microscope.

Thanks again to everyone for your kind words, and also glad you like these photos, anyway are for you all  @AUS: Yes, these microscope photos is taken with little power, because otherwise the camera will saturate and will not see anything, and put filters is not an option for many...

First, thank you all for the comments, I appreciate it  @ped: I can not spoil something intentionally, it is against my nature haha, but maybe I will shortly have some for take photos, for you all, but for now I can not say more. @eytyxhs: No problem, when I have one in my hands, I will...
