You're sure about your reading  ::) I think also that your voltmeter is faulty or anything else is wrong :-X

Received my "Pocket Mini Build Kit" today. I'm very happy with this Ultra Mini kit ;) I will install my last 6x on it tonight :D

Overpriced for sure :P Take a look on the forum you will find better price and quality ::)
