Daang! Nice light house my guy. Just yesterday I finally picked up a TN42 from Thrunite, Have been wanting it for a while now but the price has been holding me back. Now seeing how much you spent on your little toy I don't feel so guilty anymore.

    574nm 36 mW Yellow Laser

Nice review Paul. I think using a smartphone camera would be an easy way to customize the color of the pictures.

Good to hear, I also bought the little battery case holder with red and black wires, but it probably will take much longer to come.

Just bought my 575nm, $61 total. How fast is DHL express? Its kinda weird how it let me choose any shipping method with no additional costs. Anyways I can't wait for it and Richie you should get one too, a couple people did already.

    565nm From LaserLandAustralia

Can someone link me to a good adapter that I can power the module with? I never had a labby before so I don't have anything to power it with if I buy one.

I just put a 532 DPSS in my sig for a bit of rainbow feel, but then I removed it and left LaserBTB pen in there, I had a nice 300mW 532nm before but it broke. I was wondering about your car mount module thinking it was some sort of LEDs like the ones on big pickup trucks. :D

    Picking my first laser build

Thank you for the link, how much would a diode press cost me? Yeah I was wondering why the price is so high. Does it matter if the driver is positive or negative? Will it affect the diode? I am happy to buy everything separately and put it all together but my knowledge on it is still subpar...

    Picking my first laser build

The diode alone is $10 on ebay, I don't mind soldering, the wiring and pressing is what troubles me atm, is thermal paste a necessity? Might just send the diode to Paul like he suggested. Thank you.

Okay thank you, its hard to believe how many people here are willing to help me haha I love this forum. I'll have to wait for the diode to come from China since I haven't found any in US except the kit that Lifetime offered me.
