Im sorry could you please elaborate on the " bend the plastic thingy part" i don't quite know what u mean. How does the diode neg and pos make contact with batteries, and how did u remove the led and circuitry before drilling.

i live down in Australia and i only buy parts, however i remember a few people getting dildas through ozzy customs, this would suggest that if it looks more flashlight shaped like some DX greenies you might be alright. Then again the fines DEFINITELY are not worth it.

common guys lay off him English mightn't be his first language or something BTW heat shrink tubing is better because it also provides a bit of structural support for your connections.

if u are using a regular 9v battery that could be the prob, they only put out like 70-90ma

i would be interested in a module with driver and window cut out ( i always scratch the lens) if you could test the power with your meter before you ship, Thankyou

Im sorry i don't know what an APC driver is exactly, all i know is it has something to do with limiting the modules power. Oh and do Susies have IR filters. the reason i really want a module with a filter is because i own a green laser which says 240mw but only 5 is green. :-/

well it may just be a very inefficient diode, i now have reliable burning blu-ray but it took me 5 phr diodes to get :P
