I want to buy this laser: PL 520nm 532nm 100-1000 532nm 300mW (FDA). Is it really 1.5 kg? And will it be sent in 2 packages so I will receive it for sure (just like TheJoker does it)? Dont wanna waste 225$ and the laser wont even get to me. I live in Switzerland by the way. Best regards!

Beam expander for sci fi laser. I am talking about the Arcane 2.0 445nm 3W in particular. Is there a way? After reading and learning about beam expanders for 2 hours straight, I have this feeling that there is a possiblity. The expensive alterative would be to buy a jetlasers 445NM BLUE...

but then again, how will they manage? Swiss customs are so strict. They scan a package, see that it is a laser, open it, confiscate it. What magic trick would jetlasers.org use to get it still through? I am just curious.

Hmm so jetlaser do ship the whole think in one package? Then obviously the customs will take it out and confiscate it :( I couldn't imagine any country's customs that wouldn't confiscate a high power laser like 500mw+, or even 200mw. So I ask myself how people get their lasers from jetlasers.org...

Thanks for the answer Pman. It's really difficult to choose the right laser, heck even the right color. I still don't know if I want a 532nm or 520nm. FUBeaches told me that 532nm could be critical in Switzerland but this year the temperatures didn't go below 10 degrees often. at the moment...
