Will these be better than the 593.5nm pens, I wonder. I've seen videos that show those taking sometimes an entire minute to warm up. Before they start lasing yellow.

It depends Nova covers any laser getting snagged by customs, in that case they will send you a new one. However, it the post-office just messes up and "loses" the package then I don't think they will send you another one. If UPS loses your package I would take it up with UPS and notify Nova...
