How many watt of green laser do I need?

Is it focusable and how good is it at burning - can it light matches, pop ballons and so on?

How many watt of green laser do I need?

Take a look at this lasers: LZCB - CYBER 532nm 100mW Focusable Green Laser Pointer LZSK - Stick 532nm 200mW High Power DPSS Green Laser Pointer LZCR - 532nm 200mW High Power DPSS Green Laser Pointer And remember to buy a power certification. If you don't think it is necessary now you...

Question about specific goggles (T Rex)

Like i wrote in my other post i have tested them to be about OD 3, or are you talking about something else? I would say this goggles are safe for <3w blue laser if they all have the same OD. But don't blame me if they're not, as this cheap chinese goggles use to vary a lot.

Question about specific goggles (T Rex)

Ohh, that's still great. A certification of something is better than no certification of anything

Question about specific goggles (T Rex)

I have 2 pairs of this ones: 190nm 540nm Safety Glasses Blue Violet Green Laser Ray Eye Protection Goggles | eBay I tested them with my green and blue laser. The green let 10mW though because of IR and the blue let about 2mW thought (That means it is about OD 3). I can't guarantee that they...

What duty cycle will be safe for my upcomming build?

Thanks for the help to both of you. 5 minutes sounds great (probably only gonna run it for 1-2 minute or so) :)

What duty cycle will be safe for my upcomming build?

Hello. I have ordered the followering things for a build: - Mohgasm C6 host. - Mohgasm C6 heat sink. - Mohgasm 478 mA driver. - LPC-826 Diode. - Dealextreme Module with lens and spring. - Copper module. How long duty cycle should i expect for this build? :)

    O-like seems fishy

Wow. I like ur coloring :), let me do the same. Ur right. But i just didn't like the tone on the messages (Or wth am i talking about, it's an online forum, but i hope u get what i mean) Hmm i'm surely gonna use that coloring more often. Meaby with another color. Or that seems to be a...

    O-like seems fishy

Listen, i'm not here to argue about if Susie did a good job satisfying her customer, but if u really want to dig into this then here's some other facts. - The laser had an IR output of 15mW which means it was outputting 105mW 532nm for a 150mW 532nm laser. - The test was done 3 times on 2...

Blue laser 2w Distance can be seeing ?

I don't actually think it will go much longer or even longer than ur Green laser, because Blue's (445-450nm) usually have a bigger divergence than green's. But it really depends on what divergence ur green laser is. :-)

    O-like seems fishy

Oh. Sorry if i sounded rude/arrogant. When i just saw ur post i thought u was saying it like my post was totally irrelevant without a link to the laser. It could be reading low, but again - i was hoping and almost certain that i would get a 150mW laser as it was the name of the laser. Again...

    O-like seems fishy

Well.. yeah. If u look at it like that it seems to be really minor, but i looked at it in this way: I bought a 150mW laser that was confirmed to be atleast 125mW so i was kind of expecting it to be about 150mW. And 5mW out of 125 is 4% underspec which isn't too minor if i should say it :)

    O-like seems fishy

I can't see how that's important as i just vouched for O-Like's service, but it was a 150mW Power Rock Green laser. I can't link it as it isn't on their website anymore. Was just saying that if the laser is underspec Susie will most likely find a solution with you.

    O-like seems fishy

I agree with LaserBee. I find o-like's service really good, and yes i have tried their customer service. Some month ago i bought a 150mW green laser that was said to be >125mW. When i first received it, it all seemed to be fine, but after some time i found out that it was TEM jumping. It...

    CLOSED Copper modules - 5.6 & 9mm - $2

    Re: GB: Copper modules - 5.6 & 9mm - $2 Or actually i would also like 2 x 9mm for any further builds (or atleast just because it's cheap :p) So total for me: - 5x 5.6mm. - 2x 9mm.

    CLOSED Copper modules - 5.6 & 9mm - $2

Re: GB: Copper modules - 5.6 & 9mm - $2 Put me in for 5 x 5.6mm :-) Seems like a really good deal. Is it the same as this ones? Copper 9mm diode mount for AixiZ 12x30 case, AixiZ

hit in eye with 263mw red laser!!

I would go check it anyway. Sometimes the brain makes it so hard for u to see the damage because it tries to cover the spots so you think you're seeing normal.

Anyone hear of a company called Extreme Lasers

If u want to spend a lot of money to get quality then buy at Laserglow: Laserglow Technologies - Handheld Lasers, Alignment Lasers and Lab / OEM Lasers I can't really see why you should pay $269 for a 5mW laser
