If the post office says it was shipped and delivered, wouldn't DX be free of responsibility after that point? The post office states that you received it, and DX goes by that. It sounds like you need to take the issue up with the post office. DX could just say that you received the item...

Yeah, I used to work for the CompUSA in Raleigh, NC. They were one of the first ones shut down back when they decided to close half of their stores. I only learned from the manager that took over after I left (used to be a high school buddy of mine) that all the stores were closing a few weeks...

Re: Someone picked up my 100mw red and looked into Well, there arent disclaimers on 3W LED flashlights, but most people wouldn't stare into the lens of one. Shining lasers in your eyes should be one of those things that needs no disclaimer to warn you from..like grabbing coals from a fire...
