WTB a 532 laser!! how much should i expect topay to get a 532nm with around 300mW ? anyone has a very good deal for those?

im looking for a 1.5W - 3W 445nm laser.. my problem is, ive found some clues in this forum that the FDA does not allow lasers with more than 5mW requires special regulations and stuff.. anyone selling those lasers with those locks and stuff needed by the FDA? or i not need them? im really new...
