Democrats in Virgina will have to respect our Constitutional rights, or get slapped down in the courts, because there are still enough Freedom loving people in Virginia to fight abusive government.

Republicans used to believe in smaller, more efficient government, now, it's all about giving trump whatever he wants and the Constitution be damned...What I believe, that is what I know, is that our Constitution is our master law, it's what all bills wanting to become law must measure up too.
People used to say, but will it pass Constitutional muster?
Yet democrats only care about rights when they are politically convenient to their current agenda, otherwise democrats circumvent our rights, democrats try to change the meanings of words to get around our rights.
There shouldn't be any Americans in prison for drug possession, we should be free to put whatever we want into our own bodies.
Now selling drugs should be regulated, because drugs have a potential to do harm to people who don't know the dangers.

Previously, many drugs had been sold as patent medicines with secret ingredients or misleading labels. There shouldn't be any gun control laws either, not on small arms, people who kill illegally should be punished well enough to deter others, but democrats want to punish everyone for the acts of a few and coddle criminals.
We the people elect representatives who wield our collective power, who make law on our collective authority, but who are limited by the rules of our Constitution.
Trump is not king and I don't love his tariffs, I think Trump flip-flops playing let's make a deal too much, I hope the court will end Trumps tariffs, however Trump does have the authority to use tariffs in certain cases, so it likely won't be that simple.
We are losing our Freedom year after year, more and more laws restricting everything, requiring permits, licenses, taxes.
Republicans believe in smaller more efficient government, but democrats are the real fascist who want big brother controlling everything, including providing for everyone's needs, which means more taxes, more regulation, more government control and less Freedom.
Social programs are good, we could use more help, but without sacrificing our Freedom.
Sadly, democrats are becoming more extreme, and republicans favor the upper middle class too much, we need a better balance, with our Constitution as our master document, which it is, sadly neither party fully respects it.
That is yet another reason I hate trump, he couldn't care less what's in the Constitution OR about laws!! to him, those are just an annoyance meant for "other" people, but not for him...
Right now that piece of shit is tearing up the WHITEHOUSE so he can build his gaudy gold-plated ballroom that nobody wants to the tune of 50 MILLION DOLLARS!!! all while Americans are struggling to put food on the table, and millions aren't getting the food assistance they need!!! and he couldn't care less...

Again, Trump wasn't my 1st or 2nd choice, but against Kamala Harris I did choose Trump, because democrats went too far radical left, democrats wanted to pack the court, that would not have ended well for America.

Democrats can pass the clean CR anytime.
Actually, the latest deal is to fund the ACA for 1 year, granted the ACA has major issues, but it is better than nothing as it makes insurance companies accept people with pre existing conditions.
So, when people like me who are uninsured need something, like a surgery, and if we can live until open enrollment, we still have to pay a lot, but it's better than the alternative of being propped up on drugs until critical before getting surgery otherwise.
That's right, even with all the federal funding, hospitals won't do needed surgery until you are critically ill, if you can't pay the enormous costs.
When democrats get back in power they need to pass Medicare for all Americans, and leave our rights alone.
But that's the problem, democrats would like universal healthcare with forced program compliance, democrats are the fascist.
Democrats want pre employment purity tests, they want to control everything, democrats are the fascist, yet another reason why Trump won reelection.
It's one thing to feed people, quite another to want to control every aspect of their lives.
Don't think the democrats and their wealthy supporters aren't in bed together, there's a big price for democrats " universal brand " of socialism, your Freedom.

President Donald Trump said Saturday that senators should redirect Affordable Care Act funds away from insurance companies and suggested the money instad be sent “directly to the people.”
Trump claimed people could purchase their own “much better healthcare” and have money “left over” if funds weren’t allocated to “money sucking Insurance Companies” through the ACA.
“I am recommending to Senate Republicans that the Hundreds of Billions of Dollars currently being sent to money sucking Insurance Companies in order to save the bad Healthcare provided by ObamaCare, BE SENT DIRECTLY TO THE PEOPLE SO THAT THEY CAN PURCHASE THEIR OWN, MUCH BETTER, HEALTHCARE, and have money left over,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
It’s unclear how senators would implement this directive.

Yeah, this makes no sense. The ACA keeps insurance companies from prejudicing people with pre- existing conditions. Without that, many couldn't get insurance at all.
