This stupid laser just keeps getting more frustrating! I guess I'm lucky my battery doesn't even work...or my charger, whichever one is the problem.

I inserted it negative side first just like the instructions show. So the positive side touches the end cap. I contacted WL last night about this and requested that they send me a new battery and charger. In the mean time I'll go to RadioShack today and see if they have the same battery. If that...

My Arctic doesn't work because the battery can't hold a charge. That or it's a bad battery. I'm thinking about buying the CNI 500mW.

I appreciate your response, I'm not buying anything until I get my money back from DL which should be very soon. I'm still heavily favoring laserglow for the reasons you mentioned above.

I want to buy an Aries 125mW, could anyone get a good price for that? On laserglow.com it cost $439, IF I could get more power for the same price I would do that instead. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

There's no difference in brightness and there's very little difference burning power. But since you have a 5mW you won't be doing any burning anyway.
