This forum went down hill starting about 5 years ago and now its almost dead. Its a shame as back in the good days you would 50 responses. Listen to RedCowBoy as he is one of the great ones and I lurks the forum once in while still I think.

Red, where it menrtions 3 X 18650 battery pack it seems to show a button top. It looks like they added aluminum foil to make it look like a button top?? Thanks for the picture., how I missed it I don't know.:rolleyes: They did stop writing the laser facts on the right side..

I'm guessing you tried asking Jet Lasers themselves? 18650 cells are pretty cheap so why not buy both the button tops and flat tops. If you will continue with this hobby the extra batterys you might buy will be used at some point. Button tops just might make the batterys stick out to far at...

I use to use money orderss to pay Lifetime17 for some builds. I have a essential tremor that comes and goes. I bought one the with a money order and put it in a envelope at the Post Office counter I started putting stamps on it. My tremor was on that day and I could see the clerk looking at me...
