This forum went down hill starting about 5 years ago and now its almost dead. Its a shame as back in the good days you would 50 responses. Listen to RedCowBoy as he is one of the great ones and I lurks the forum once in while still I think.

I'm guessing you tried asking Jet Lasers themselves? 18650 cells are pretty cheap so why not buy both the button tops and flat tops. If you will continue with this hobby the extra batterys you might buy will be used at some point. Button tops just might make the batterys stick out to far at...
