How much would it cost for a heat sink fitted for an AixiZ module with a diameter of 2 and 3/16 inches? How fast would it get here? I need it rather quickly.

What dimensions are 18650's? My host here has room for two D batteries. Will I need a PVC insert? And, again, thanks to everyone for your help (and being patient with the new guy :P).

Alright, thanks! They were both handhelds so I may go ahead and give it a shot. I was thinking about getting a bit creative and using a huge old flashlight as the host. Will two D-batteries be adequate sources of power? I see no reason why not but most people seem to prefer rechargeable AA...

I've made two already, do you think it would be better if I made a few more before moving on to a high powered blue? How many would you recommend making before going that far? Thanks :P
