Oh I know that unless it’s in self defense etc. I want the most bang for my Buck. The sunglad flashlight is of particular interest with its SOS mode since I camp in the mountains. I wonder what its candela rating is? I’m a bit of an outdoor survivalist and combat vet. I’d rather have it and...
I’ve been studying up on LEP (laser flashlights) and have a question. Are the ones made in the USA limited in power just like lasers are? Are the foreign made (Chinese for example) much more powerful? I’m looking for one with the most power and candela with a strobe function. Thanks
If I don’t receive my item or at least a tracking number by July 14th, I’m going to dispute the charges on my credit card. That’s why I email frequently when there is an issue so I have proof to show my bank that they aren’t responding.
Sanwu is horrible about returning emails and sending updates for shipping. I ordered a flashlight converter for my 7.5 watt 445nm on June 14th and the only thing I’ve received is the initial confirmation email despite repeated emails asking for an update.
Hello. One of my friends has a 400 plus watt 915nm laser. What eye protection could anyone recommend for that? If possible, I’d like it to be able to see other colors but only block around 915nm. I have some nice welding style laser goggles from NOIR but they are only OD5+ from 850-925nm. I...
I contacted Jetlaser and they recommended the Samsung 3500 mah button top batteries. My dazzler was tested at 929mw. They said because it fiber coupled that it loses a bit of energy. It's still crazy bright at night.
Hello. I’ve recently ordered a jet laser 1 watt green laser dazzler for my collection. It says it uses 3 18650 batteries. I know some batteries have different types of tops on them and wanted to make sure I was ordering the correct ones that will work in this. I use Orbtronic 26650s in one of...
I lived in Nea Kifissia in the 70s. I visited a few more times in the 80s too. It’s just outside of Athens. My dad owned a huge restaurant there. I think it was originally called “Cosmiki Taverna”.
Some lasers require the positive/negative end of the battery to be inserted a certain direction. Some lasers have a protection circuit that stops the laser from getting fried if the battery is inserted the wrong direction. Make sure there isn’t a cap blocking the lens. What brand and model...
