I have similar prolblem too. I bought ebay pen laser for 7bucks and used about couple month with simple nonrechargeable aaa 1.5V batteries. But now, about 2 weeks I used 1.6V rechargeable AAA batteries from ebay. Beam was realy stronger. but yesterday when I pick up my laser it shoots so dimm...

Hi, I was just got my 5mW laser pen almost week ago and I saw that when laser are very warmed up and with new batteries duracell AAA 1.5V its very bright but after 10-20minutes it start to little bit to be dimmer. Like when I click it is be very bright and then suddenly go to little bit dimmer...

I understand that host is 12mmx60mm. so I need caps 12mm, right?
