Hello Thank you. The dimensions are: 1.5cm x 1.5cm (15mm) No the GGW´s are not used they are bought about 2weeks agoo from a big group buy over at photonlexicon. 4of them are tested and 2 of them are still in its original cooling mount. take care. /Rick
