I don't get how can WL still be on scene with ALL these customers paying and not getting their lasers. How come no customers sued them or something? Isn't it it against law to take money from people without sending ordered products?

Same here. Ordered E2 on 4.10.2010 (now it is in E3 shit host). They promised to deliver me my laser before 23rd December. If I don't get my laser before New year, I will refund it. And never order from WL again =)

I have ordered mine @ 4.10 and it wasn't shipped yet. Looks like a future refund to me if they don't ship it until 7.11.

I have to get it before Chrismas so it is ok. Which one of these lasers is best in terms of beam visibility? WL looks nicest, FocalPrice looks like shit but is focusable, DX is worst. Those sites Pilgor recommended are all more than $50. I am poor :D OO shiii. WL does not have free shipping...
