Try looking at those Ebay 301 lasers in 650nm I have 2 with a consistant 265mw of power. Its a momentary switch but a little imagination can easily get around that! Best part they are like 20-40 dollars ( or less). Just a thought . divergence is very good good luck!!

I think the Nitecores are good . I don't have any experience with Fasttech. for no worries.....AW IMR ( in my book) You spent a good bit on the laser, don't skimp in the battery department.:can:

AW IMR 16340 unprotected will deliver the performance you desire. Go to Lighthound.com and you will have your choice of protected or unprotected....most use the unprotected because it can deliver max amp draw. I think you'd be OK with either . Follow duty cycle on your laser and keep an eye...

I sense that our days are numbered. Has any plane worldwide ever been brought down by a "laser pointer' ?? The bright side.....is our lasers will be worth far more as outlawed devices. ( maybe)

301 B are usually between 70-90 mw (532)as I have a few in 405, 532 and 650-660 . The 532's are descently powered but I haven't had any over 100mw Ever! The 650-660 is an astounding 264 mw...and these 301b's are very economically priced. Warning though to order new it can be hit or miss.
