Hello,
I am building LPC 826 laser, with lm317 driver
3 ohm resistor
2x CR2 3.0v batteries
So , my question is,
do I need to solder negative pin to heatsink (which carries negative from host body) or I can just remove it?
Thanks
Yeah thats bad idea , i killed my lpc 815 diode by hooking it to 4.2v battery , i had them hooked fo a 5-10 sec , i didnt knew that diode was ok ,i thought it was corrupt , i was just checking what would happen xD
hello im noob in soldering and found thing for me on ebay but dont know if its usable to solder diode to driver or how to solder with it can u help ? these are things i found
Good Helper / No Soldering - Wire Glue BGA | eBay
Good-helper Solder Paste Flux Iron Soldering 35grams | eBay
i understand that but not fully maybe this is same and this will work?
its easier to understand for me xD

i found it in google and want to be sure if its correct
no, thanks, i already bought some resistors and waiting for shipping, diodes i have.
so i should wire like this?
its easiest that i found, i dont understand wiring on boards : |
ehh i have no any store of electronics near to buy things like resistor , capacitor and anything else, i buy them from ebay, it takes 2-3 week, is there any alternative of dummy load? without 1 ohm resistor?
sorry for my bad english , i m trying to spell correctly )
these are images but i have use soldering iron first time so i dont know maybe i did something wrong , also it looks like sh*t
when i connect these 4.2 v batteries dirrectly to dc motor it runs very fast
when i connect it through...
