A thought crossed my mind. I bought a low mW rated 532nM module, it arrived DOA. If someone here has knowledge about this, please speak up. I think that you might be breaking a regulation or law by mailing lasers back for warranty repair / replacement. Frankly I'd like to know. Comments?

Hi xplayca, As you've see above your laser is already there. I want to open the dialog about the "legality" surrounding laser pointers (LPs), in the USA. I've been looking for actual "laws" making the buying or selling of laser pointers illegal, and I'm not finding any, not to be confused...

I just received a 200mW 650nm, caught it on sale for $29.99. It took 27 days to arrive to Missouri, ordered it on 2/2/12. I'm about to order a 532nm green module or 2. I say go ahead, pull the trigger.
