Its a hobby for me but am in good with most of the importers in the state. We are having a big club shoot this weekend near Lansing. Check The Michigan Pyrotechnics Arts Guild for more info on that group.

Pick the place and I will light the sky with some great pyro if we have the space. I might try and start my show with a laser next year. Most 1.3 (big guy) shells use a fuse made of black powder soaked string. Being that it is black and takes fire very easy it may be a very nice start...
