Sorry. Can you tell I am new at this? I am in TX. In terms of price, I have just started looking and am using prices on ebay as a rough guide. I would like to pay on the order of $500 or so for the head and PSU. Notes on ebay: there are currently a number of JDSU 2114P units for <$100 used...

I posted this in colored laser forum...probably better here. I am a bit confused about the use of 211x supplies with 221x heads. Does the supply need to have the same model numbers as the head? A number of people have indicated that as long as the connectors match, the PSU will work with the...
