Well alright thanks. I would be fine with buying parts for a green and just put it together. Do you have any DIY red or blue kits on your mind? And why would a phone camera want to contain an IR filter?

I feel as if sending the laser back to rayfoss, having to pay for shipping and new parts will end up being more than buying a new one. But I'll email them and check it out. I am using an iPhone. Do you guys know of any DIY green laser kits under 50$? Because I honestly would like to learn how...

I can not upload it at the moment because I am on my phone but I did try it out andnt does actually have a filter.. Yet it seems that ir being shown on my other cam as well from the laser. Is it possible for me to fix the diode or replace it for cheaper than a whole new laser?
