The mitsu diode is multimode and has really bad divergence.

Anything over 1mw can be dangerous. 405 is deceptively dim and I would hate to point a "1mw" true 50mw 405 in someones eye. No one should ever discourage safety

To be honest the only true mw green I know of is the core. With optical feedback it is also one of the most stable.

So many face palms required you get what you pay for and all cheap greens are over spec and have lots of IR. Please do some searching it has been covered hundreds of times.

Yea these are great diodes I have one at 36mw and one at 46mw. They also have great divergence.

It does not list the part number. So I would doubt it would live long at 300mw I would guess it would be better for about 200mw. Get a part number from the seller I could be wrong.

The core is a good laser and it is right on spec. It is no to overprices as it uses optical feedback to make sure it is steady power and it is IR filtered. If you want a true 5mw IR free stable laser the core is a good choice.

Just get a lazerer Rifle V2 and request a LPM chart. Don't forget the goggles. Or just make your own.

You mean the arctic 700mw? I don't think they make any 1W lasers. No green laser under $1000 is going to make 1W in a handheld version. The rest are a lie about the power.

1000 is not a bad price for 1w of green. Also the Spyder 1W will probably not be 1W it is most likely underspec.
