Hello there my friends I have built a few lasers but always have used a couple green cheep pointers for the diodes. Well im wanting to go a little different route this time. I have a Hatachi-LG Multi DVD Rewriter with class 3B diode product number I suppose is EIC 60825-1. It's a 4 pin diode. I removed it already. Any ideas on the anode and cathode would help me out thanks.
