I dont know if you got your money back from laserlabs.co.uk! I bought the same laserpen from the same company and when it broke down mr Pratt who runs laserlabs.co.uk did not want to help. Anyway i do know that this man has business paypal account so if you did use paypal to buy the pen from him you should be able to get your £70 pound back from him. I used paypal and they eventually put the £70 back into my credit card account. The man Michael pratt who runs laserlabs does have a naughty mark against his domain. If you havent already got your money back from this man/boy you should try paypal only if you paid via paypal. hope this helps.
