I find nifty things all the time in old electronics, then again it depends on what you use electronics for that makes some things useful and some not. If one is into robotics you can find all sorts of nifty sensors chips and things of the sort.
I got a 99, but I can mix paints so well my teacher thinks I'm not mixing the colors and simply obtaining a specific color of paint that she asked us to mix... I think going to the eye doctor on a regular basis is a much better Idea if you love your eye vision so much.
:banghead: I knew I was thinking something through wrong! Sorry was not thinking straight earlier or for a while. Well looks like I'll figure it out later..
With a 12mm boar hole It should be 2 mm thick.
I meant diameter not width haha.. So the third step should be 4 mm thick wall and fourth would have 2 mm thick wall if the boar hole was 12 mm (12mm to make it simple to say.)
Or am I missing something?
I found that another company makes the microdisplay technology for light blue optics
Micron.
I was viewing Micron's web page Micron .com when I found the product needed for a tiny laser projector like this. there's several models.. After reading further I realized a link to buymicron.com...

Hmmm, now to reproduce it. Then to make it smaller and brighter..
I wonder how...
Well the thing is that aixiz has horrible tolerances. My last A140 diode is pressed into a module that is 12 mm almost on the spot. I can not get this thing to fit inside of a heatsink from Mohrenberg and I don't want to risk pushing out and repressing the diode so I have half a aixis module...
Yeah that's it, sorry I just got a new version of autocad and have to relearn it as my old version was quite outdated, so I had to download Sketchup :shhh: sorry for bad drawing.
Any ways this morning I thought a bit. That it might be hard to make this with that thin and long of a upper wall...
Hmm do you think you could make something like this by any chance?
The OD of lower cylinder would be around 26 mm with a aixiz sized hole on bottom at 22 mm long. The second cylinder OD of 20 mm and a 17 mm ID with a length of around 50 mm.
If so how much would it cost me shipped?
Edit...
I feel all gitty inside :p
The problem apparently was within the test load circuit, also in my host. My heat sink was apparently milled a little short and was not contacting the rest of the host when screwed all the way down.
I made a aluminum foil gasket in the head of my guidesman to fill...
K sorry didn't mean to post and run, well actually post and pass out :p
Yep you're right.
That's one of the first things that I did, measured + contact to threads of host. got full voltage.
Also I knew about the flex breaking without a load. I had a test load attached every time I gave it...
I was pretty intense with esd, made sure to wait for a higher humidity day for where I live, made sure to discharge on a cold water pipe before picking diode or driver, nothing around to make a charge other than carpet and my glass table.
Oh yeah for got to mention that I took it apart and...
