hmmm, DL's range of products is getting out of stock. hulk&co arent available at all. CNI refuses to send lp+hls to europe and ger in particular. honestly all those online shops are evolving backwards. WL already become dull years ago. nothing new, and prices are not moving down anymore...

can sb tell me, why the output beam especially the red/blue looks so smooth and thin. is this due to the use of highend diodes or optics?

well, "rubbish" compared to the e.g. 320$ price tag @dl, i mean. "cant see a thing" was maybe a little to exaggerated. but for me, it wouldnt satisfy me at all, just as a 5mW 532nm.

read my thread, man. dont waste any money on those overpriced 589nm. what do you expect from 5mW. it is rubbish. u need a lot of fog to see anything. just mix green and red together, and u got your yellow.

btw if u are lucky&clever and can get it through the customs here u have to pay about 20% taxes on laser&shipping price.

hi there, iam looking for a decent 473nm. i found the following on CNI: 1) PGL-H-473 laser module 1-50mW 2) portable laser PGL-III-A-473 5-50mW now my questions are: a] does cni still ship to private individuals? i mailed for prices, but maybe sb knows already what to expect here approx...

...would he go for a 200mW green or 1W blue for SOS-signaling ships 1-10 miles away? Or would he rather prefer a 200mW red one?

which really bugs me is how to enjoy such a strong laser(1W-2W), especially when u are not into burning but more a look'er? so you have to record everything (eg. inside pointing, mirror,lense experiments) on video and then rewatch it how it would have looked without glasses?!? thank god, ytube...
