    Newly developed 405-diode (12x) 450mW CW

Yes, He is right, but I hope that if the 12X technology will come in our life, the price of these diodes can be drop down, because of they development.

    Newly developed 405-diode (12x) 450mW CW

Why you say "red diode"? And what do you think that is a right price for a 405nm 450mW LD?

    CO2 laser safety

I have tested a regular mirror with my CO2 laser... It was been destroyed in a moment, then the regular mirrors can't be used with this wavelength.

Are Dragon Lasers products FDA approved?

I have seen that also S-KY laser has some products FDA approved. And I have seen also they prices of products... Are good.

    Newly developed 405-diode (12x) 450mW CW

If in the future there will be a group buys I'm interested, (If the price is good, 50 - 70 $). Maybe to obtain 400 - 450 mW of output we have to give it more than 500 mW, then our friend drLava has to re-project his Flexdrive. And perhaps this diode needs a big heatsink to dissipate all heat...

    Strange crystal for blu-ray

Wow. It's a very cool trick to see if a thing is made by common glass or no. :)

    Strange crystal for blu-ray

Hi to all!! I have found in a old lamp-holder crystal, and I have take it to put with all my laser stuff. I have tested it with some laser, and some wavelength, but when I have shine my blu-ray in it, I have seen a cool green-violet beam inside the crystal. It seems to have a special features...

    Some combinations of laser colors

I have to buy a good digital camera to make the photo. But now I use my Nokia N95 to make the pics... And I can't set the ISO and the exposition time.

    Some combinations of laser colors

No, but is better if I use a lower powered blu-ray to make the pic, because my camera doesn't capture the effect. With naked eye, you can see a little white dot (made by yellow) in the center of the big blu-ray dot.

    Some combinations of laser colors

Hi to all!! I have made some pics of some combination of my lasers. I have expanded the beams to made a better pics to view the result in large dimensions. Note that 405nm + 660nm make a ring of purple light, and in the center of the beam we can see the white light. If anyone will make other...

My Rainbow -- Post Pic's of Yours

Wow, very good rainbow, and very good beamshots. How much is long the exposition time of your pics?

    Laser thermometer

Wow it's so complicated, but is very beautiful "thermometer" for the jet engines. Is true. All is possible with the laser light... LOL

My Rainbow -- Post Pic's of Yours

To my eyes the red was a normal dot, but I think that the trasparent paint on my door has a reaction with this wavelength and make this "diffraction effect" with my cellphone camera. Maybe I'll buy the Aurora 5mW from DL, but I very like the Spartan BP 40mW (but I don't want spend this big...

My Rainbow -- Post Pic's of Yours

I have made a pic of my rainbow. It go from 808nm to 405, but I need a 473nm laser to complete the rainbow. Maybe in the future I'll buy one, when I'll finish my current project and when I will have money:) But now I post my incomplete rainbow
