it's actually just a nikon coolpix 4600, it's about 3 years old. nothing special, it doesn't even have shutter speed selection. it takes nice long exposure pics sometimes, little noisy in the pics, but it does the job
so tonight it was majorly foggy outside. i was using my lasers for zombie spotting, but came up empty. so i figured i'd take a couple of pics to show off how awesome a foggy night can be (foggy nights are rare, maybe one every couple of months)

i flashed myself last night attempting to light a match with my pulsar. the dot hit a shiny book cover behind the match. i'm very very lucky that the reflection broke up enough to not cause any damage. from now on, i'm going to be much more careful, considering 179 mw will destroy your retinas...
my 35mw is visible in standard 75watt lighting
i wouldn't say it's totally obvious, you have to look for the beam
it's fairly faint until you shine it into a darker area of the room, also depends on humidity and dust in the air
it's more visible with lithiums also
that keychain laser is pretty cool looking, i can't say it would last too long on my keys though, constantly dirty lense and me dropping my keys wouldn't be very good for it
